[microos] Kubic tests: repos pointing to download.opensuse.org
Identified while investigating https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/676563
Turns out the 'dup' call tries to dup to the last snapshot published on download.o.o/tumbleweed/repo/oss, instead of the snapshot which is being tested (mirrored on openqa) (note that there are 37 packages being downgraded). This likely just never but us as the number of downloads are usually smaller (snapshots closer together, hence less packages changed), but this time, after a 9 day 'stop' of TW releases, some stuff accumulated.
Anything after the dup call is basically invalid, as we test what we already shipped to the users, instead of what we want to ship to the users.
