SLE15 is using the same fonts with TW now, we should update the needles for desktopapps-documentation

Needles for gnote, gedit and evince have been fixed.
In terms of the Libreoffice, a lot of needles need to be updated since the wallpaper changed and a libreoffice bug fixed.
I am working on it and will finish it asap.
