OT - is there a way to make a "Private" note public?

Someone has messed up the local instance, it does not match the code published on github:

While the exeduted code is:

script_run("$cmd > tee $file", $args->{timeout});

i.e. it instead of piping the output through "tee", it is redirected to the file "tee".
