Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-Installer-DVD-x86_64-yast2_ncurses@64bit fails in
yast2_proxy

It looks like we are trying to add in the test, instead of editing 3128, that is how in previous build was done, but it might be that there is a new requirement to have both port. In any case, we nee to adapt this test.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 288.8

Expected result

Last good: SLE 12 SP3 GM
shows a step to edit the port

Add a forwarding port

In the OpenQA tests we change the default forwarding port into
a tranparent proxy port. This causes squid to fail to start as
it requires a forwarding port to serve error page details.

https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/4347 is the corresponding PR. I guess there was simply never a SLE needle MR.

https://tortuga.suse.de/tests/169#step/yast2_proxy/19 is the corresponding needle we need I think.
