Description

This ticket is meant to track the status.

Sub-reaper avoid us to directly depend on systemd and on workarounds in case of hard failures where we see qemu zombies processes (not reaped).

The support is proposed in : https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/1590
Been implemented as part of another package: https://github.com/mudler/Mojo-IOLoop-ReadWriteProcess

Setting this as High as currently we depend on systemd and it's also making travis tests in openQA to fail.
