Hi @yosun, would you mind assigning the ticket to yourself? Shouldn't it be closed as duplicate of #18974 ? I recommend to reference other redmine tickets always with the syntax #<ticket nr> so that the preview works properly. Also, tickets can be referenced directly by adding them to "Related issues". Below the ticket description there should be a section "Related issues". There you can click "Add", insert the ticket number (only the digits, not any prefix) and select the relation, e.g "duplicates…". Then you can set the ticket to "rejected" with a reference to that relation.
