Parent group is not working as expected for Maintenance groups

Description
https://openqa.suse.de/parent_group_overview/7 is only listing SP2 - I think because SP1 and GA have a different VERSION. But as they share the BUILD, I would expect them to be groupped in this dashboard.
Possibly this can be fixed easily
- Category set to Feature requests
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
- Target version set to future
- Priority changed from Low to Normal
This is not low, no. Basically we need an option for parent groups to sort by time.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
parent groups can be sorted by time now
- Target version changed from future to future
