Description
Motivation¶
As Leap 16.0 is a new codestream and based on ALP/SLFO we should test and ensure that os-autoinst+openQA can be built/tested/operated properly on a Leap 16.0 base. okurz asked in https://matrix.to/#/!XpAJOYggtDiIfDZZBr:opensuse.org/$TdfnUvHnMGPJZ3kAALeNyvGbh5H6Q2eKr1Xe0EgKo7A and got a DM respone from Max Lin with the effective message
if your package does not in Leap 16.0 please submit it from Factory to openSUSE:Leap:16.0 project

G1: We know that it is feasible to build/test/operate os-autoinst+openQA on Leap 16.0 or alternative

afterwards should try to submit until good.
