As observed in https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst/actions/runs/14281006600/job/40030551003?pr=2693#step:2:20

also observed on various other places
Steps to reproduce¶
- Something as simple as
podman pull registry.opensuse.org/opensuse/tumbleweedquickly shows the problem after some seconds

Right now I also can't reproduce via podman.
