Description
A twopence https://github.com/openSUSE/twopence backend in openQA could be very useful
Twopence requires VMs to be provisioned before it can work, openQA is exceptionally good at provisioning VMs
The twopence backend should then execute its twopence tests and report in the openQA dashboard.

A twopence backend is tricky - and IMO requires 12876
because openQA is not per se good at provisioning VMs - we can only do one per job.
