Motivation¶

We came up with this during our retro. This was an idea raised by ybonatakis. We should have more openQA video tutorials because videos are yet another mean preferred by people to learn stuff and nobody has time to watch our workshop talks which take like 20-50m so let's do 60s videos for various topics.

Acceptance criteria¶

• AC1: At least one short video explaining an openQA key topic is available to proof the concept
• AC2: There is some docs or pointers in the ticket how to prepare more videos

Suggestions¶

• Prepare short videos targeting beginners
• Share videos via company chat or community chat
• Link videos on open.qa
• Consider uploading videos to social media sites e.g. YouTube or Fediverse
  • Insta and TikTok were also suggested, Liv strongly objects to these platforms
• Ask in Slack or elsewhere what topic people find awesome

Out of scope¶

• Create team youtube account or something. Focus is on creating video material
