vncsession is deactivated because multiple logins are not supported, when I first started vncserver@:37 it run but then I could not login.

You will not be able to start a TigerVNC server for a user who is already logged into a graphical session.

Those screenshots show that even the previous Tumbleweed successes were not actually meant to succeed: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4758480#step/vnc_two_passwords/80

So we've got two issues to fix:

Figure out why it never worked on Tumbleweed, fix that and adjust the test to no longer accept false positives
Create a separate user account for vncserver testing (not necessarily Xvnc)
