observation¶
when in interactive mode going to needle editor can yield a black screen even though the screen was not black in the live view, see attached screenshot
problem¶
This is hitting me often enough and was confirmed my mkittler. Could this be a problem introduced by "vnc stall detection"?
Files
autoinst-log.txt will show you when VNC was detected black. But we're stopping the VM not qemu, so I wouldn't understand if qemu VNC stalls.
we probably shouldn't keep polling VNC when the VM is stopped.
