The previous proxy server is outside of openQA, we'd better to make this test as multi-machine and setup the proxy server in parallel job.

Currently failed for Proxy-SCC issue, https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13177926#step/rmt_proxy/30, I will re-run to verify it on OSD when the issue gone..
