Motivation

Investigate this failure in milestone group: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13838734#step/rmt_proxy/47
It worked fine before set proxy in config file: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/13838734#step/rmt_proxy/33
So need to check whether the proxy server is working or not, most likely with the help of QE-Core and the guide in "Additional information".

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1 : Revisit documentation for proxy
  • AC2 : Proxy is tested and troubleshoot is attempted (get support of QE-Core if needed).
  • AC3 : Infra ticket is filed if doesn't depends on QE infrastructure or testing scope.
