minimalx tests failing, SYSTEM_ROLE was set, so the default systemd target changed

We had some tests failing

compared to the previous results, I found out, that SYSTEM_ROLE was set recently on those jobs
@jozef: since you were the one and you are on vacation until Wednesday, I will revert these settings
can you please tell us the intention of setting this variable there and maybe have a look on this ticket after you're back?
