looks like http://opensuse.c3sl.ufpr.br/ only mirrors the releases, and no longer any obs projects.
We should remove it from the mirrors list.

I run scan for the mirror:

Wed Feb 22 14:01:09 2017 opensuse.c3sl.ufpr.br: purging old files
Wed Feb 22 14:01:09 2017 opensuse.c3sl.ufpr.br: files to be purged: 74
Wed Feb 22 14:01:49 2017 opensuse.c3sl.ufpr.br: total files after scan: 1050758 (delta: 51498)
Wed Feb 22 14:01:49 2017 opensuse.c3sl.ufpr.br: purged old files in 40s.
Wed Feb 22 14:01:49 2017 opensuse.c3sl.ufpr.br: done.

Now it should allow only up to date isos from the mirror.
