Description
Dear OBS-Admins,
I would kindly request the creation of a new subproject with the name "cobbler" under "systemsmanagement". The release engineers of SUMA kindly reminded me that using the shared community account (https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:cobbler-project) is not an appropriate location for the work I am doing.

Just an observation. The given https://github.com/SUSE/spacewalk/issues/21785 link gives a 404.

Just to clarify here, you would need access to SUSE org in github to see the content of that mentioned URL, but it is just for us tracking this, the content isn't relevant to solve the request done in this ticket.
BTW; do we have any ETA for the creation of the mentioned "systemsmanagement:cobbler" OBS subproject?

Please get in touch with the maintainers if the systemsmanagement project. OBS admins only handle top-level reqeusts.
