Observation

The journalctl test seems to randomly pass (or randomly fail? the last few runs seem like it more reliably fails than passes)
This test should be validated / stabilized

this is mostly a sporadic issue, I checked on my openQA server, actually only 3 softfail due to race condition from 200 test runs.
Let me think about how to handle this issue.
