https://openqa.suse.de/ is accessible. @waynechen55 can you still reproduce the problem?

Did not encounter this afternoon. Will double check tomorrow morning.

Well, then I assume the problem was transient and related to network communication from your region of access.

* I still had such issue yesterday and this morning, actually pretty frequently. Please refer to following screenshot:

Using firefox private browsing (does not preserve any website data) does not help.
This only happens to openqa.suse.de. No such issue with Beijing openQA and openQA in CZ.
My another computer does not have such issue.

* After rebooting affected computer, it seems issue disappears. Not very clear about the reason. Recently I installed many new packages (do not require reboot system) on my Leap 15.4.
* By the way, I am totally blocked from accessing openqa.nue.suse.com. Please refer to following screenshot:

Previously, there was another button "Accept Risk and Continue" which already disappears. So there is no way for me to open openqa.nue.suse.com.

Ok, interesting. Although it should never be necessary to handle the security exception question. Do you have certificates from CA.suse.de setup correctly? Do you know anyone else having this problem?

Now I can open openqa.nue.suse.com. Solution is installing p11-kit-nss-trust (besides ca-certificates-suse) and remove mozilla-nss-certs , then reboot system.
