Observation

the year_2038_detection does show up as failed every now and then - rerunning the test usually makes it pass.

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-extra_tests_textmode@64bit fails in
year_2038_detection

Seems we have 2 issues:

  1. on s390x zvm setups, we may need more time to wait for system to boot up.

  2. we may hit some issues to sync time with ntp server due to poo#127343, let me add some more retries. is there any network problem there?
