Motivation

cirrus is not supported any more since SLES15SP3, so we shouldn't continue use cirrus machine and driver.

Besides the driver issue, there are timeout issue for grub2, we need increase the timeout for grub2.
Run with TIMEOUT_SCALE=2 http://openqa.suse.de/tests/11029316# (this is done increasing to 3, but let's try first with 2)

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Change MACHINE=64bit
AC2: Increase the timeout for grub2

Additional information

Once that testing steps pass, we might face https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11029316#step/patch_sle/5 (currently under investigation)
