Motivation

Remove this warning in our maintenance Yam test suites:
"Actual bootloader params do not correspond to the expected ones. Mismatched params: regurl=https://scc.suse.com"
as it seems correct and should mismatch:
https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10576582#step/bootloader_start/9

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Remove wrong message of mismatched regurl
