Description
We received unwanted mails about unreviewed issues today and it turns out it was due to a manual invocation of openqa-label-known-issues. We should avoid this and only send mails when explicitly enabled.
Acceptance criteria¶
- AC1:
openqa-label-known-issues doesn't send mails by default
- AC2: We still receive mails from o3 and OSD
Suggestions¶
- Remove the default email from the script / or wherever the default is defined
- Subject changed from Avoid sending mails about unreviewed e-mails by default to Avoid sending mails about unreviewed e-mails by default size:S
- Description updated (diff)
- Category set to Feature requests
- Target version set to Ready
- Due date set to 2023-03-02
Setting due date based on mean cycle time of SUSE QE Tools

This should work now. I'm keeping this ticket open to verify whether we still get those mails from OSD and o3.
