Switch to backend spvm backend for YaST and Migration job groups
Description
Motivation¶
PowerVM workers/machines are: ppc64le-hmc-single-disk,ppc64le-hmc-4disk
Scope¶
All job groups owned by Yam (QE YaST and Migration squad)
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Make backend spvm default machine for the architecture and add RETRY equal to 3
AC2: Switch in ppc64le.yaml to to backend spvm for all test suite using one disk
AC3: Apply similar approach for migration job group configuration than for YaST in AC1 and AC2.
Additional information¶
Current default machine for ppc64le: https://gitlab.suse.de/qsf-y/qa-sle-functional-y/-/blob/master/JobGroups/SLE_15/defaults.yaml#L8 We just need to apply settings with RETRY: 5 in the same fashion that is done for s390x.
