##### Motivation PowerVM workers/machines workers/machiens are: ppc64le-hmc-single-disk,ppc64le-hmc-4disk ##### Scope All job groups owned by Yam (QE YaST and Migration squad) ##### Acceptance criteria **AC1**: Make backend spvm ppc64le-hmc-single-disk the default machine for the architecture and add RETRY equal to 3 5 **AC2**: Switch in Change [ppc64le.yaml](https://gitlab.suse.de/qsf-y/qa-sle-functional-y/-/blob/master/JobGroups/SLE_15/ppc64le.yaml) to to backend spvm for all override only test suite suites using one disk machines ppc64le and ppc64le-hmc-4disk (removing the overrides for ppc64le-hmc-single-disk) **AC3**: Apply similar approach for migration job group configuration than for YaST in AC1 and AC2. ##### Additional information Current default machine for ppc64le: https://gitlab.suse.de/qsf-y/qa-sle-functional-y/-/blob/master/JobGroups/SLE_15/defaults.yaml#L8 We just need to apply settings with RETRY: 5 in the same fashion that is done for s390x.
