openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-JeOS-for-kvm-and-xen-x86_64-jeos-fips@64bit_virtio fails in
gnutls_base_check

Change in the product was introduced with https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1060038
+- FIPS: Change all the 140-2 references to FIPS 140-3 in order to

  • account for the new FIPS certification [bsc#1207346]
    • Add gnutls-FIPS-140-3-references.patch

The test code though explicitly awaits FIPS140-2 and now fails

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20221127

Expected result

Last good: 20221126 (or more recent)
