closedmirrors-o-o shows outdated openSUSE Leap releases

Description
Hello folks, welcome to 2023!
I was reading about mirrors - as I might setup one, at some point eventually - and after visiting mirrors-o-o I realized - and it wasn't the first time, only this time I decided to do something about it :D - that we're still showing Leap 15.2. And, as of Jan 2023, Leap 15.3 could be removed as well.
After realizing that, I went to look where we are generating that table, and finally saw the big read message at the top of the web page saying:
The information on this page is generated directly off the database used by the master download server every 30 minutes. ...
I went to our Salt repo and only found pillar/id/pontifex2_infra_opensuse_org.sls
. So, I'm opening this ticket for someone with access and knowledge of the database in question, as I don't have either (yet).
P.S. This raised a question in my mind, can this workflow - managing that database to erase old releases - be Salted?

For Andrii, it would be nice if the versions were managed in the Admin UI, this way we can easily toggle on/off once something reaches EOL.
Not sure how hard this implementation would be.

I've added download.opensuse.org/app/project , which should cover the functionality for authorized users. It may need some minor tweaks, but editing that table will eventually be reflected on mirrors.opensuse.org and some other reports like https://download.opensuse.org/report/download?group=project
