Php7 is end of life and has been removed from factory in favor of php8

The test needs to be updated accordingly

I've also updated Adminer to v4.8.1.
Regarding PHP 8, it is now used on:

  • SLES >= 15.4
  • Leap >= 15.4
  • Tumbleweed
  • ALP.

Everywhere else PHP 7 is used.
