Motivation

After working in #113647 we discovered that we need to do before migration:

  • Ensure image deregistered
  • MU repos needs to be cleaned up
  • Other errors to be seen.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Make necessary code updates to handle deregistration and repos cleaned up
AC2: Fix if possible other potential errors on that flow or report them.

We need ensure the test won't add the second time for MUs repos, so I reopen the ticket to add setting of NO_ADD_MAINT_TEST_REPOS to prevent patch_sle to add the MUs repos which already added during the installation.
