I'm not sure what happened, but I re-added your mirror, you can also check it here https://mirrorcache.opensuse.org/app/server.

We migrated from mirrorbrain to mirrorcache recently, and this is most likely the reason, something was not synced properly during the migration.

Let me know if you start to receive download requests again.
