[qe-core] extra_tests_textmode in ppc64le differs from other architechtures - kdump reserves 460MB of RAM in ppc64le machines

Description
As we can see in the logs, there is an amount of 460MB reserved for kdump
in ppc64le
machines, which does not happens in other architectures such as x86_64
.
Linux ppc64le

This affects tests, such as clamav
, because the total RAM is not the same for all the environments.
