Almost all libraries and other assets used in openQA are 3 or more years old, in most cases with known's security bugs and out of support.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: openQA uses Bootstrap 5 everywhere

Suggestions:

  1. update Bootstrap4 to last supported version
  2. migrate to Bootstrap 5
  3. Keep in mind that our test coverage on UX is low, and this is CSS-heavy
  4. Go through every menu item to manually sanity check the migration
  5. Use at least two browsers (or ask a reviewer to do that)
