Implement 3 test cases we have related with this dialog:

(1) Implement skipping partitioning schema setup: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/7125748#step/encrypt_no_lvm/2 when we don't setup anything for this screen (the screenshot is from a job where we do setup things, but it is not visible, only in video for other jobs this step).

(2) We should refactor encrypt_no_lvm extracting the part for the Partitioning Scheme: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/7125748#step/encrypt_no_lvm/6
(3) Similar here https://openqa.suse.de/tests/7125749#step/encrypt_lvm/7 where we select lvm.

Examine test data and propose potential improvement (if more tests are affected, better in a follow-up task)
