To facilitate the access to the staging area, DNS reverse mappings would be preferable.

I ran a scan - unfortunately, without rsync access we revert to http, and we cannot parse the custom listing format.

I have added the IP address to the stage ACL, so you can sync up.
Just so we have no misunderstandings:
To be able to scan your mirror, we need one of two:
a. standard text-based Apache directory listings, or
b. rsync access.
Without one of those, we cannot enable the mirror.

thank you for contributing a mirror. As there hasn't been any feedback for two years, I will close this ticket. If you could resolve the question from our previous email about only rsync or standard webserver based directory listings being supported, we'd be happy to revisit this.
