containers_docker_on_15.2_gm
containers_on_centos_host_x86_64
containers_on_ubuntu_host_x86_64
containers_podman_on_15.2_gm

are under JeOS-for-kvm-and-xen for convenience, but this is wrong. Best way would be to create a new flavor Container-Images or similar to group those tests that are executed on different hosts, not on JeOS.

Do we need some additional info for this ticket?
for instance,

containers_docker_on_15.2_gm and containers_podman_on_15.2_gm are scheduled only for ppc64le. do we need to consider other archs too?
is it in the scope other combs, like containers_podman_on_15.3 for this group?
