Motivation

Currently 1300 CET is very late in Bejing time zone. Until we found a better appointment we can favor doing estimations after every daily meeting as we also do sometimes.

Suggestions

Like the last time, but with the changed team composition, ask around which time would be the best compromise for all

I've made a poll to figure out scheduling conflicts, and so far it looks like Thursday 11:00 (Germany) would be the best time. Second to Wednesday 11:00 (which has one conflict).

We discussed this also on Jitsi today and have decided to try the 11:00 time slot for a few weeks to see how it goes. @cdywan Would you be so kind to change the time of the calendar invite?

The new appointment conflicts with the virtual coffee, see the timeslots on wiki. I agree that we can consider the estimation more important than the virtual coffee. How about shifting virtual coffee to Monday?

I'd like to propose that we shift the following calls to 11.10 CEST:

  • Midweekly Unblock
  • Estimation
  • Weekly

As far as I'm aware everyone is available from 11 CEST, and some would appreciate the coffee break due to other Friday calls so not exactly 11.00 would be good.
