The file is listed in the directory:

For one thing, that is outdated, the latest is dated 5 August, but a size of 68bytes is weird and trying to download it gives a 404.

I have written to the admin to inquire.

The situation has not changed. Currently, this mirror is listed as inactive for all markers.

This mirror is still listed as inactive for all markers. I suspect it is due to the non-standard directory listing that we cannot parse, but I am also seeing e.g. TW being way outdated. I have written to the admin again. I have disabled this mirror for now.
