For one thing, that is outdated, the latest is dated 5 August, but a size of 68bytes is weird and trying to download it gives a 404.

This mirror is still listed as inactive for all markers. I suspect it is due to the non-standard directory listing that we cannot parse, but I am also seeing e.g. TW being way outdated. I have written to the admin again. I have disabled this mirror for now.
