Dear Admin,

It appears there may be a new problem with the mailing list server.

The last "New Tumbleweed  snapshot 202107xx released!" message that is
sent to Factory Mailing list is for build 20210703 but builds 20210704,
20210706, 20210707, 20210708, 20210709, and 20210710 have been published.

I tried to post a message to the Factory mailing list about this but the
message does not appear after I hit send to post it.

When I look at the Factory list the last message is from 07/05/2021 @
8:15 pm so almost 6 days ago which leads me to believe that a problem
happened sometime around that time as it would be unusual to not see any
messages for 6 days.
