open[Leap15.3] test fails in pam

Description
The reason that the test fails is because of this command : die "This test module is not enabled for openSUSE Leap yet" if is_leap();
IMO, this has to be totally removed from the code and instead unschedule the test from leap runs, until it is also adjusted for Leap.
