Description

HA needs to test tons and tons of resource agents. This can be done on a 'single node cluster' so just needs extra tests written, nothing fancy.

At the very least, these tests should set up the resource agents quickly and make sure they start/stop. Checking they actually run the services they're meant to would be desirable.
