Test suites and job groups have been updated.

Verification runs on o3 are now under the development group, will move to the "openSUSE Tumbleweed" later:

Note:

• The kde test suite is still using the same qcow as kde_dual_windows10@uefi_win https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1773930 which is windows-10-x86_64-1903@64bit_win.qcow2
• In terms of the gnome_dual_windows10@64bit/uefi_win, they are using the latest qcow available on o3 which is windows-10-x86_64-21H1@uefi_win.qcow2

The test suites have been moved to "openSUSE Tumbleweed" job group.
