openSUSE admin

Hello,

I need to have an email list python-development@lists.opensuse.org
created, which would be the owner of most Python packages in bugzilla,
OBS, and everywhere. It shall be probably rather high-frequency list
with just members of the Python development team subscribed (or any
other masochistic individuals who would like to read it).
