I've been adding https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/devel:openQA:Leap:15.3 (for packages which are too old or missing in Leap 15.3) and enabled Leap 15.3 builds in https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/devel:openQA. Let's see whether there will be any build problems.
@simotek This means you could install openQA under Leap 15.3 like it is described here (when everything has been built): https://open.qa/docs/#_development_version_repository

Looks like everything builds as expected. (openQA:openQA-devel-test is unresolvable for ppc64le due to missing chromedriver but that was already the case for Leap 15.2.) So you can test it if you like. Not sure what's still missing.
