Description
It's very important to ensure that our containers also work on other platforms, also for instance those used by Travis and GitHub actions.
This should at least cover the same distros as https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/67411, sharing code where possible.

I added the containers_tw_image_on_centos_host on tw development group
Update: added containers_tw_image_on_ubuntu_host too. But i had to increase timeout on my local instance. keep it without change for now
