closedMailman: unsubscribe can be confusing

[Summary of a "how can I unsubscribe" question from the german ML]
Someone had problems to unsubscribe and noticed two problems:
a)
https://lists.opensuse.org/manage/lists/users.lists.opensuse.org/ has a form to subscribe without an account, but it doesn't allow to unsubscribe that way. -> It would be nice if that form also had an "unsubscribe" button.
b)
https://lists.opensuse.org/manage/lists/users.lists.opensuse.org/ -> click "Login" -> click "register on openSUSE mailing lists" results in a page saying "registration closed" (because we enforce login with an identity provider (openSUSE, github etc.) -> It would be nice to change text on the "registration closed" page to make it more helpful - basically something like "please login with your openSUSE/github/... account instead."
I have no idea how hard these things are to implement. If they are easy, please do them ;-) and/or tell me where I should open a feature request upstream if this needs upstream work.

a) does need upstream work, and since it's in the /manage section of the site, it's postorius.
b) is fairly easy to fix here: https://github.com/openSUSE/lists-o-o/blob/master/webui-templates/accounts/signup_closed.html ;)

Your fix for b) looks goood :-) Feel free to close the ticket as soon as you have deployed it.
