See Request 855720. From the build log I was able to extract the following failures:

moving to "openQA Project" as everyone could solve this. This is about the public packages that we provide, not only (internal) infrastructure. General rule: "If Adam Williamson or Guillaume Gardet could in theory solve the ticket, it's part of openQA Project" :)

The PR (https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/pull/3644) has been merged and builds for Factory succeed again. The build should pass in the openSUSE:Factory project again if the fixed openQA version is submitted. There's already https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1180048 so I'm closing this issue here.
