It's important we check the release notes
in sle11 this was a seperate test
in sle12 this probably has to be part of a new/modified start_install as the release notes are shown as part of the install

there is one catch: assert_and_click doesn't work in textmode. Leave out the test in that case?

Added code for textmode, but if there will be shortcut for release notes in graphical mode then code will be a bit simpler.
