Follow poo#73627, we will create a specific set of tests where patterns-certification-common-criteria is installed, currently I think we can test base+serverapp+desktopapp with default pattern on all Arches both for online/offline.

This need update migration test matrix and realize the test by set PATTERNS=common-criteria with default pattern.
